We would like to invite you to come and experience a Cape Breton welcome, as you browse the numerous products being offered by local craftsman and businesses from our area.

If you are looking for one of a kind item from Cape Breton then you are in the right place. You'll find wonderful hand knitting, sewing and weaving creations, amazing jewellery including beach glass, a wide variety of Cape Breton music. Hand crafted wood carvings you'll want to take home for both yourself and friends. You will also find stained glass images to hang as a memory of your trip to the island, don't pass up a chance to purchase amazing photos and discuss the pictures with our local photographers.

Plus don't miss the fusion glass landscape art and discuss this amazing process with the artist himself. As if that isn't enough you will find stone carvings and many handcrafted items created here on the island.

If you're like me and collect Christmas ornaments when you travel .. not to worry you'll find them here. Come in and sample the Chocolates made with tea.... packaged to make fabulous little gifts.

Tartans are of a special pride to Cape Bretoners', it's rare not to see a piece of tartan in our homes which we display with pride and especially for those who are working away off the Island.

You can find a variety of tartans at the Big Fiddle Market and of course we have many more crafts and items which you will love to give as gifts from your travels and keep a special reminder of your trip to Cape Breton Island, the #1 Island as voted by Travel & Leisure.

If you’re getting off the cruise ship we are located inside the port, it’s only minutes from your cabin. This saves you from carrying your souvenirs around all day or forgetting your purchase while you're exploring.

For those who are traveling the island this is a great place to see Cape Breton products in one place plus you have the opportunity to converse with the crafters.

In summary, there are amazing artists who produce one of a kind piece, from glass & metal art to Cape Breton tartan products, genealogy, wood and stone carvings, jewellery, knitting, photos and
  much more.
